[Plugin: Custom Field Template] Multiple fieldset bug

So i just ran into the exact same bug described in this thread.

Since the post is about a year old, i was wondering if anyone has run into this problem since? Or if anyone knows about some sort of solution?

I already applied the autosave fix, and I’m not using file uploads or tinyMCE textareas.

It seems like whats happening for me is after i’ve entered 3 fieldsets, if i update the page, one of the fieldsets will be deleted and the rest will be reordered.

I noticed that the other topic was closed, but this problem clearly still exists, atleast it does for me.

I’m using wordpress(3.2.1) and custom field template 1.9.6

Anyone have any ideas?
