[Plugin: Custom Field Template] Upgraded and now search doesn't work

Upgraded from older version, and now the search doesn’t return anything.

Noticed that the url is different on search:

Notice the differences – the working url includes the base “community-search” and does not end in “cftsearch_submit=1”
