[Plugin: Custom Google Talk Chatback] Plugin not working for me

My site is https://www.odorex.co.nz I have got my code from google and I inserted it in the widget. It displays fine but if visitors click on it to start chat instead of a chat window opening a new page opens and they are redirected to https://support.google.com/chat/?hl=en&topic=1725163
