[Plugin: Custom Permalinks] 404 instead of single post after customizing permalink for category

Hi!

Here is the problem: single post link gives me 404.
And here is the context:

Basic permalink structure: /blog/%category%/%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/
Specific category permalink: /my-category/ (by Custom Permalinks Plugin)
After all, there is 404 at every /my-category/year/month/postname.

So I try it without this “blog” prefix, remove it from basic structure and here we are again. Is it possible to fix anyhow? How can I get single posts from /my-category/postname/? Thank you everybody.
