[Plugin: Custom Post Background] Not working

Hello lm86,

What themes did you try the plugin on? It’s very difficult to get it to work on every theme out there. Did you go to the Custom Post Background page under ‘Settings’? When you edit the settings in Custom Post Background (CPB) for a post, what options do you choose? Please let me know exactly what steps you took.

Also keep in mind:

Display only on Post Page - Only displays the background on the post page when a single post is displayed (normally a page like https://domain.com/?p=1 type of link depending on how you have it set up)

Display only on Main/Archives Page - Only displays the background on the post on the main page.

Display on Both Pages - Displays the background on both the main page and the post page.

Display as page background on post page - Displays it as the actually PAGE BACKGROUND when a single post is displayed.

Disable - Disables it completely.

Please let me know and I will try to discover what is wrong. It is very strange that it doesn’t work.

It works OK!
The problem was that I never look at the bottom of the page after pressing the edit entry.Yes, I am a fool. Lol.

I was testing the plugin is very good.

Change the color of the entire page, I thought just changing the color of the box on the entry.Of course, now I feel good and to do so should edit the settings of the theme.

Yeah, my bad about that. In the next version I’m going to make it so that the results are paged so you can select how many results you want to display at a time.

You can change the entire page’s background by using the option “Display as page background on post page” but that only displays on the actual post page, not on your main page.
