[Plugin: Custom Post Donations] Cannot create a Donation Widget

For the life of me, I simply cannot get the plugin to create a widget. No matter what configuration I try, it still tells me: “Please enter a widget name” at the top.

I’ve tried single numbers and words with no caps or spaces. Can’t understand why this won’t work.
