[Plugin: Custom Post Order] nav to next and previous post out of sequence

The posts are sorting in the preferred order and so is the Recent Post List in the widget box in the sidebar but the NAV is not. It is pulling up the ‘next’ and ‘previous’ pages out of sequence – possibly in the order posts were entered.
