[Plugin: Custom Post Template] Is it possible to have this for custom page types, too?

I use different types of “Custom Page Types” like “Projects”, “Products” and so on. Now each “custom page” should have an own template, just like the normal pages can have it. Is it possible to adapt your plugin for this function?
