[Plugin: Customer Care]

I have a wordpress site to sell and create online graphic services.

How can I build a customer dashboard where my customers can find out the details about the design they orderd. like in what stage it is in a precentage bar or something, such as montly reports, project status updates, user profile custom fields, support ticket system question and answer, payment due day, customer to upload supporting documents, etc.
when the customer logs in than he or she will be redirected to their dashboard, with there all the orders and the progess? It would be even better if any update inside the custom dashboard will send out email notice.

All of these tasks are done manually through emails, for example, we have to send out monthly reports in emails and answer questions through email, we need to make custom pages use the User Specific Content plugin to block it from other users, send the customer their personal link etc etc…

Does anybody had a idea about the best way to do this?

i really hope you guys can help me, i am allready searching this for a few months ??
