[Plugin: Cyclone Slider] Slider not Working

You have an error in your javascript coming from another plugin you have installed, sfw-ipwd.js (spam free wordpress). Try removing that script. Once javascript errors are cleared cyclone should play.

You were spot on. Deactivated that spam free script and the slider works as expected. I will just have to find another spam plugin that will not break the slider.

A quick additional note. I had an issue with the plugin not functioning till I realised I had cycle.js installed independently of the plugin. Removing the script made my slider work.

Would be nice to see easing in a future version.

I think I may have a similar issue, but I can’t tell which plugin might be causing trouble, or where to look for jquery errors. Would you please take a look at my page at https://thewellspring.org/test/ and let me know what I need to fix in order for the slider to work?

Do you use Firebug? It would show you that there are some jQuery errors, possibly relating to a noconflict issue or that you have two sliders installed. I can see cyclone in there but also you refer to nivoSlider in line 37 in the header.

Thank you for your response; much appreciated. There is another slider script that came as part of the theme. What should I do about that? Would I simple delete it from the stylesheet, or is there another place I should look?
