Admin Options Page Not Redirecting Properly

Something seems to me out of whack on the admin side of my site. I can navigate to & adjust settings/options as usual on the admin side. However, as soon as I click “Save Changes”, particularly in the Settings menu.
The general settings file shows in my browser as /wp-admin/options-general.php. But when I click Save Changes, it tries to redirect to /wp-admin/options.php and I’m left staring at an empty white screen.
Any ideas?
