• Hello,

Last week, using version 2.0, I lost access to the visual text editor. So, I decided to upgrade to version 2.9. After doing this, I discovered that corrupted characters began to appear in my past and future posts particularly where the apostrophe is to supposed to be displayed.

The following is an example I discovered upon doing a random search.

    [BEGIN EXAMPLE]
Hello My Fellow Web Searching Searchlights,?

As you may know, the Microsoft Bing search engine has some very nice and useful features that give Google a proverbial a€?run for its moneya€?.

However, as a low vision person using a screen magnifier, one of the most annoying aspects of Bing is the default background image that appears when the online search engine is launched.?

Although neither obvious nor intuitive, Microsoft does allow this background image to be turned off resulting in a plain background in order to more easily distinguish text.

To disable the Bing default background image, after entering the enginea€?s URL in your browsera€?s Address Bar, add the following parameter:
    /?rb=0 or Click Here.

To disable the Bing default background image, after entering the enginea€?s URL in your browsera€?s Address Bar, add the following parameter:
    /?rb=0 or Click Here.

To enable the Bing default background image, after entering the enginea€?s URL in your browsera€?s Address Bar, add the following parameter:
    /?rb=1 or Click Here.
    [END EXAMPLE]

    Please help.

    Mark
