[Plugin: DantoTube] Footer elements are displaced in IE9

Widths, margins, paddings and many more CSS styles are handled differently in Internet Explorer.

Can you post an image of this misplacement and say specifically what’s wrong?

…..in description….it looks like the <div> boxes with content are one up the other down…..etc. it doesnt look nice and aligned….

I would first reduce and play around with your .box-col padding styling.
