[Plugin: Database Browser] André shows as Andr??

This plugin is really neat, only problem I have is that the export (for example HTML) contains a bug that special symbols don’t convert well.
For example: André shows as Andr??
Looks like adding a standard html header will fix this problem.Hope this can be fixed.
