[Plugin: DB Cache Reloaded] conflict with Theme-My-Login Plugin

Hi sirzooro,

I found that when install your plugin with [theme-my-login] plugin, the problem happens when there is new member signup or update profile, through I had include the table _usermeta and _user in cache filter

Do you have any idea to figure out?
