[Plugin: DB Cache Reloaded Fix] Set up cron job to delete cache/expired cache once a day?

Hello, I have cron disabled on my wordpress blog and I was wondering if there is a way I could set up a manual cron job within cpanel to delete the cache and expired cache once a day? Please let me know. Thanks, Brandon
