Plugin Deactivates

  • Is there any reason why the plugin would deactivate on its own (maybe after an update?). It’s done it twice so far and we’re only notified of it because a customer can’t pay for their order. Very strange.

    We haven’t been notified of this behavior before. Is there any detail you would be willing to share by email with our team?
    Which plug-ins were updated at that time? Was this plug-in the only one or were there others as well?
