• How can I deactivate a plugin by editing a config file?
I messed up a plugin installation (don’t ask how :)), and now I cannot access wp-admin (I get a lot of php source in the header and errors). I am sure I need to deactivate a plugin; I just can’ t access the admin panel, except through FTP.

Never mind. I discovered that deleting the plugin deactivates it. How obvious!

ervin, you problably could have just edited the plugin and removed whitespace before and after the PHP tags, a lot of people have that problem
