Plugin Deactivation/ Anonymous Users

i read the warning about not being able to downgrade,
could you clarify if this means that once i activate the plugin, i cant deactivate it without consequences because of tables structure being changed or something like that?

i have deactivated it and noticed cpu usage spikes a bit but not entirely sure that’s the plugin.

if anyone has info on whether this plugin fixes the anonymous users build up problem please let me know on that too.
