Plugin Dead?

  • After trying to sign up on their website for a few weeks I finally was able to do so. they had a registration issue I guess. Proceeding to the subscription tab I was not able to complete the registration because an coding error in the script not accepting any country I elected.

    I tried to use the free version but I was not able to save a walkthrough after naming it.

    I guess I’ll try to find an other solution to tutor my client. After a full month no response from the “helpdesk” not one but Zero Stars for this plugin.

    The SIDEKICK plugin is indeed alive and is not dead.

    Though we are terribly sorry about the technical issues you are facing, there is currently no way to create custom Walkthroughs through the SIDEKICK plugin. We are currently focused on creating and maintaining WordPress walkthroughs in-house.
