Avada guys tells me to talk to you, you tell me to talk to Avada… Can someone spend more than 30seconds typing an email to get me off their back and solve this please?

    Hello,

    Sorry for late response.

As you have told us that old version of Avada theme was working properly with our plugin. But problem starts with the new version of Avada theme. Also Avada theme is a paid version theme. So they should provide you support for compatibility issue of all your installed plugin.

As our plugin is free, so it is very problematic to provide free technical support for our customers. We provide free general support for fixing issues with our plugin.

But for fixing the issue with your theme we have to provide you technical support. This service is chargeable.

So if you want our technical support. Please mail us [email protected]

    Thanks,
    Team G Web Pro
