[Plugin: Dean’s FCKEditor For WordPress] FCKEditor won’t load!

We are running a number of WordPress installs in different subdomains. All are version 2.4.1. Each install uses FCKEditor to make life easier for our authors. Recently FCKEditor has started to randomly disappear! What I mean is that some editors see the editor when they logon to the website’s Dashboard and others don’t. It seems to work with some browsers but not with others. For example from two PC’s I have FCKEdior will work in IE-7 on one PC but not the other. It won’t work in Firefox on either etc. etc. While a colleague was having no problems until we upgraded to the latest version of the Dean’s … Plugin. Very strange. The errors we get with IE-7 look like:
