    Hi

I installed the featured image zoom plugin yesterday and it was not what I was looking for.

I have now deactivated the plugin and deleted it, however it is still effecting the WooCommerce product pages that use featured images.

We have tried clearing the cache and making sure the plugin is gone from the server. Both have not worked.

We were so close to having the website ready to go live and now this is causing chaos! Do you have any ideas of how to get rid of this?

if the plugin has been removed and its shortcodes deleted it will no longer appear but if it does still appears to be in effect, you are most likely to be using a cache plugin which needs to have its cache cleared as an out-of-date version of the page is being shown. Also check that the old version of the page is not cached in the browser by clearing the browser cache. This should not happen, but your cache plugin may force aggressive browser caching.

Unfortunately we have done all of your suggestions and it still remains. We think it might have something to do with the WooCommerce product pages cache not clearing but not sure how to get it to clear.

I would suggest that you post on the woocommerce forum at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce to ask about this if you suspect that woocommerce is caching the product pages and is still displaying content that has been deleted from the server.

Thanks, we have contacted their support team. We thought someone else may have had the same problem with this particular plugin so wanted to cover all of our options.
