[Plugin: Design Approval System] Design approval sytems: Firefox and Chrome supported?

We have installed Design Approval System and purchased the Design changes plugin. Really like it all. One glitch we find is that the Versions navigation does not work in Firefox or Chrome latest versions.
Any thoughts on how to fix the CSS I am assuming?
