Plugin Devleoper – unable to change status of certain support tickets

I am the developer of 9 plugins.
When I go into the support section of some of my plugins it works as expected.
However for some of my other plugins, when I reply to a support thread. I am not shown as the developer and I also cannot change the status of the ticket.
