I’m currently using the Diamond Multisite Bloglist widget to show a list of my blogs on my Networks+ sub-networks, but there are big problems::

    1. The widget only lists blogs that have privacy set to allow search engines – this is going to be a big problem for me, rendering the plugin pretty useless

    2. When used on a sub-network, the widget shows blogs from the entire parent network! I have to use the “include” feature, to just show the blogs I want. This is going to cause a big problem in the future, and again will render the plugin useless.

These issues affect all of the Diamond Multisite Widgets. Has anyone succesfully “hacked” Diamond Multisite Widgets to play nice with both private blogs and Networks+?

The author of this plugin should know that he has a truly fantastic plugin going on here, way ahead of the field and with so much potential – if he can get it to work with multi-network plugins (which are really growing in popularity now), he could have a real killer plugin here.

By “parent network”, I mean the very top-level master network… so if you use this plugin on a sub-network, you get hundreds of blogs from the top-level network that have no relationship to the network you are on.
