• I BOUGHT THE PLUG IN LESS THAN A MONTH. I ENCOUNTER 2 MAIN PROBLEMS FOR A BOOKING PLUGIN THAT SUPPOSEDLY WORK WITH WOOCOMMERCE.

    1. THEIR PRODUCT ID FIELD IS A FAULTY! I ASKED THEM TO FIXED IT CAUSE TECHNICALLY, PRODUCT ID CAN BE CALLED IN THE FORM REGARDLESS OF WHETER IT’S VARIATION OR NOT, BUT IT DIDN’T WORK.
    2. THERE ARE NO CORRELATION BETWEEN THIER DATABASE AND WOOCOMMERCE AT ATLL! IF YOUR CUSTOMER IS HAS PAID THE BOOKING FORM, YOU CANNOT CHECK WHICH BUYER HAS FILLED IN THE FORM AND PAID BECAUSE THEIR PLUGIN DATABASE ONLY CAPTURED DATA FILLED INSIDE THE FORM ONLY, HENCE CANNOT EVEN RELATED TO WOOCOMMERCE! WHAT A WEAK THINKING THE DEVELOPER HAS TO NOT EVEN INCLUDED A BASIC BOOKING ID EVERYTIME A FORM HAS SENT! WEAK TEAM

    SO, I REQUEST FOR THEM TO REFUND AND SUDDENLY THEY SAID CANNOT BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN USING FOR MORE THE REFUND PERIOD, IN FACT I GAVE THEM THE INVOICE I GET FROM THEM WHICH IS AROUND 2 WEEKS AGO. AND BESIDES, THEY SAID, I AM REQUESTING NEW FEATURE?? HELLO, YOUR PLUGIN DIDN’T WORK FOR A VERY IMPORTANT FEATURE YOU SAID (PRODUCT ID) AND THEN I ASKED HOW TO SEE THE RELATION OF THE FORM DATABASE AND WOOCOMMERCE AND YET YOU DIN’T HAVE IT!

    WHAT IS THE FUNCTION HAVING 30 DAYS REFUND PERIOD IF WE CANNOT EVEN TEST IT OUT!??!!

    SO, I REALLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLUG IN OR ANYTHING FORM THEMEFIC ANYMORE.

    As a small development team, we constantly strive to improve and enhance our plugin’s functionalities, but we fully acknowledge that there are always areas for growth. Your specific feature requests have been duly noted and will be taken into strong consideration for our future updates. However, I regret to inform you that we cannot provide a definite timeline for these additions at the moment. Rest assured, we will endeavor to include these as soon as feasible.

    Regarding your refund request, I have personally reviewed your case. It appears that there may have been a slight confusion regarding the plugin purchase. The invoice you provided pertains to the “Events Manager Pro” plugin. This is not our plugin and you may have mistook that plugin purchase with ours. From our database, it seems your purchase of our Pro version (Annual license) took place on “Aug 4, 2022”, with a refund request date of “June 1, 2023”, which exceeds our stipulated 30-day refund policy.

    In light of this, we are unable to process a full refund. However, recognizing your dissatisfaction with our plugin, we propose to refund the equivalent amount for the remaining 2 months of your current license. Please let us know if this proposal is acceptable to you.
