• It appears that this plugin has been taken from WooCommerce and modified by Ankur.
All Files in the zipped folder including The “Read Me” File in this plugin is identical to the one I purchased for $49 from WooCommerce. But Ankur did change some of the menu functions that appear in wordpress. HOWEVER, THE PLUGIN DID NOT WORK FOR ME AT ALL.

The readme file attributes Contributors as: jamescollins, OM4 but NOT Ankur Vishwakarma.

Functionality did not work. Couldn’t link to Zapier.
He did create a different interface for inserting Zap URLs which always produced an error message.

When I paid for the official plugin everything worked perfectly the first time.

It appears that Ankur has taken WooCommerce work and renamed it as his own. I did notify WooCommerce of this fact.

Spend the money and save yourself the frustration of working on this modified version of a plugin.

    Dear @steveecon ,
Hope you are doing well . This plugin I built just to help people who use wordpress , woocommerce and zapier . You wrote I copied it from woocommerce but if you will extract the zip you will find its a very basic structure where woocommerce uses its own heavy structure and functions . If you would like you can compare mine plugin and woocommerce plugin by uploading both copies on git.

If I would have copied it , WordPress would already have warned me about this and except this one , I have created 2 more plugins.

I don’t know the purpose you wrote these harsh words here but as you can see this plugin is free and if its not working for you , you can wait for future updates.

    Best Regards

    Ankur,

If you didn’t steal it, then why is the Read Me File identical to the WooCommerce Zapier Read Me file?

Here are the first few lines from the Official WooCommerceZapier Plug in Read Me File:
    === WooCommerce Zapier Integration ===

    Contributors: jamescollins, OM4
    Donate link: https://om4.com.au/wordpress-plugins/#donate
Tags: woocommerce, zapier, webhook, integration, automation
    Requires at least: 4.6
    Tested up to: 5.0.3
    Stable tag: 1.8.0
    License: GPLv2 or later
    License URI: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html
    WC requires at least: 3.0.0
    WC tested up to: 3.5.4

Here is your Read Me File first few lines.

Contributors: jamescollins, OM4 (Where is your Name if you are the developer)
    Donate link: https://om4.com.au/wordpress-plugins/#donate
Tags: woocommerce, zapier, webhook, integration, automation
    Requires at least: 4.6
    Tested up to: 5.0.3
    Stable tag: 1.8.0
    License: GPLv2 or later
License URI: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html (You have exactly the same license URI?)
    WC requires at least: 3.0.0
    WC tested up to: 3.5.4

I have many friends from India who work hard and are honest. Your choice to do this appears to be illegal and dishonest. Almost all of the file contents in the unzipped folder of the plugin are identical to the official version.
Unfortunately this message and proof probably won’t change your choices, but I hope that you will at least consider that this is not the right way to do business – I’ll remember your name and at any opportunity, share what I have seen.

    Dear @steveecon ,
Hope you are doing well. I think you have some misunderstanding because Woozap plugin’s read me file looks like this –

    === WooZap (Woocommerce + Zapier Integration) ===
    Contributors: the-ank
    Donate link: https://paypal.me/ankurvishwakarma786
Tags: woocommerce zapier integration, woocommerce and zapier, woocommerce order tracking, woocommerce, zapier, woocommerce + zapier.
    Requires at least: 4.4
    Requires PHP: 5.2.4
    Tested up to: 4.9.8
    Stable tag: 2.0
    License: GPLv2 or later

WooZap (woocommerce + zapier integration) allows admin to integrate woocommerce with zapier api and fetch all the orders info in zapier and transfer to thousands of another zaps.
All the readme.txt file starts with same way and for more , you can have a look on this link – https://developer.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-org/how-your-readme-txt-works/

I hope this will clear to you that this is my own work and not copied from woocommerce. It is a free plugin built just to help people and there is no intention to get popularity or wealth.

    Best Regards
    Ankur V.
