[Plugin: Digg Digg] What version of the Facebook code do you use?

When you insert the Faceook Like button what version of the code do you use? HTML5, XFBML, IFrame? (I’m assuming you insert which ever one we select in the options.)
I’m trying to get a handle on my Facebook plugins. I use jetpack and simple facebook connect as well and I’m trying to figure out if all of these plug ins are trying to insert the same code.
For instance, if I’m using jetpack to display sharers for Gplus and twitter, is jetpack inserted the script needed, and if so how do I go about turning it off in this plug in so the code isn’t being inserted twice.
