Plugin directory accidentally deleted!! Help!!!!

Help! When i was using FireZilla, I acidentally deleted the plugin directory and all my plugins . I managed to re-create a new plugin directory under wp-contents and had uploaded new plugins BUT theY are no longer visible in my WordPress Admin panel! PLS HELP!!!
