    hi,

    i tested the plugin on my production site and disabled it temporarily but the languages are still accessible by url.

    we have paid business licence so i cleared cache yesterday but it is still working. also cleared wp and browser cache and tried it from another network.

    why, how is this possible?

    i dont want to use a chat, do you have a ticket system or a support email?

    Hi,

    Our chat is also ticketing system, so you do not have to stick around after you send a message. Make sure to provide an email when you write or simply write when you are logged in to your GTranslate dashboard.
