Plugin Disabling itself

Hey, I am having the same issue. I checked checkgzipcompression.com here and it says it is not enabled for the site https://www.fivestartoday.com and that I could save 84% so how do I enable it? I added plugin to site. I will get the notification saying ‘you are blessed’ etc and then when I go back to the plugin to check it’s says it’s not enabled.
