Plugin Disappear

    I installed the plugin, configured it and everything worked correctly, until today when suddenly the plugin is no longer active and not even present in the list of my plugins.
    Inside the FTP space, however, the folder exists, but in the wordpress admin panel I don’t see it. I had to delete the folder from FTP and reinstall it again. What could it depend on?

    I have installed also this WP Cerber Security, could be depend on it ?
    And how i can solve this ?

    Hi @rbb10,

    Speak to your host and the other plugin author. Our plugin doesn’t do this kind of action on it’s own and there’s nothing malicious in the plugin code, and if anyone begs to differ ask them to point out specifically what the security vulnerability is. Thanks,

    hi, i have talk with hosting provider and is all ok, nothing block plugin, i have also disable WP Cerber, bur problem persist… can u advisor me how i can solve this ?

    Hi @rbb10,

    I suggest working with a WordPress consultant to check over your website and investigate it further. You are the only person who has reported this issue. If it was a repeatable problem with my plugin I would have been inundated with support requests. You should also try deactivating all plugins except ours and see if the issues persists. Thanks,
