• Hi

I just updated Genesis Translations along with some other plugins (updating from inside WP).

This made all translations disappear from my site (Danish), AND I got a red error message in the plugin directory saying that GT had been deactivated because the plugin file could not be found.

Furthermore GT is no longer on my list of plugins.

I am using WP 3.7.1, Genesis 2.0 and Executive Child Theme 2.0.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions on how to get the translations back.

More info: I think the version before the update was GT 1.9.something.

Same issue here, for all of my sites.
Solution: remove plugin from FTP and reinstall it via WordPress dashboard.

Same here. The solution to remove and reinstall works, but it would be better if the plugin gets fixed. When you update using WP Remote or ManageWP this little problem means going to all the installs and fixing them manually.

Details: The plugin disappears from the list of plugin, but is still present in the /plugins folder. Also plugins >> new shows that the plugin is installed.

It looks like the update to the plugin went wrong on 12-11-2013. The plugins that were updated on that date show a folder ‘trunk” as the main folder of the plugin. The files inside that folder are older version files 2.0.2.

All of the problems should be fixed now in the latest releases. Especially version 2.0.4 I just pushed out.
