Plugin disappeared from ACP after resetting roles

Hi,

I used this plugin to reset all roles and as expected, some plugins disappeared from the ACP. I managed to get all of them back with the help of the plugin authors or by deactivating and then reactivating plugins, but the WP Review plugin I cannot fix and the author doesn’t seem to have a clue either.

Is there any way to make this plugin show up again? Maybe through the database?
