plugin displaying nothing

    Hi! The plugin is not working for us. Although we put the Affiliate/Associate ID, when we add a product (via post, woocommerce product or shortcode), there’s nothing displaying on the fron page. Moreover when we use a shortcode, the front end doesn’t show the product, nor the shortcode.
    We disabled all the plugins and we changed the template to the Twenty Fifteen, and the result is the same. What are we missing, please?

  • Please send the debug code (from the option page) and your site’s URL to [email protected] (do not post here). After we have that, we can easier determine what the problems are.

    The most common problems are:

    1. Using the wrong API keys (The Product Advertising API requires ROOT API keys and people tend to set up User or Group keys and try to use those).
    2. A space or some other character in front or or after the Secret Key or Access Key ID.
    3. Caching plugins not being cleared after adding a product or improper cache settings to posts/pages do not update with the new content.
    4. Server/PHP settings not allowing fopen for external URLs. (switch to CURL in the options in this case).

    Any more advanced diagnostics requires the debug key.
