[Plugin: Disqus Comment System] Combining WordPress and Disqus Comment Counts

  • First out, great plugin – nice work, functions brilliantly. Thank you.

    And a hopefully simple question. I’m looking to combine the WordPress default comment count with the Disqus comment count for each post.

    I’m using another plugin (Facebook SEO manager) so that users can also post via there, the comments display seperately to Disqus comments on posts (which is fine and how I want it) but I’d like to combine both comment counts – since the Facebook comments show in the backend of WordPress as default WordPress comments I thought the easiest way might be to just combine the WordPress comment counts + Disqus comment counts.

    Any help or thoughts would be much appreciated.

    Sorry if it’s a bit of a noob question, but in honesty I’m a bit of a noob ??
