PLUGIN DISSAPEARS

    Hi everyone.

    The free version of this social media plugin has dissapeared from my website twice! It appears not as deactivated but as if i never had installed it. I had to re install and configure it again this morning and a few hours later it has dissapeared again.

    Anybody knows why is this happening?

    Thank you for your question.

    We didn’t have such a case before as far as I can remember. Can you reconstruct what happened just before you noticed that it is missing (e.g. updated the plugin, installed other plugins etc.)?

    If it doesn’t show up in the admin area anymore: Could you please check if the plugin folder still exists (i.e. check it via FTP or Filemanager in cPanel)?
