[Plugin: DM Albums] Cannot create New Album

  • Hi all,

    I have installed DM Albums in my website and the problem is that I cannot really create albums.

    Using the “dm albums manager” in post edit page, I set a name for the new album, then browse and upload images, and no album is added in the “Existing Albums” list.

    I also checked that the images are normally uploaded inside “/wp-content/uploads/dm-albums” directory, and that images are placed in seperated folders, each folder for every album that I’ve created.
    I just can’t get the list of existing albums in edit page and insert an album inside post.

    Any suggestions? What should I do or check to fix this? Can you help me please?

    I get the following message:
    “There are no existing albums in your DM Albums? album folder. Create your first album by uploading photos into an album in the Update Existing or Add New Album section below. For more information read the help section. “

    although I’ve just created an album and have uploaded some images in it, the plugin can’t find it. The images are regularly uploaded on server.

    I also noticed, that after I browse and select an image, the “Pending…” proccess never ends.

    Is there anything I can do to fix it?

    I’ve got the exact same issue on two seperate installs of this plugin. They can still be sourced if you manually code a link to the album but the albums do not show up as stated above.

    Some urgent help would be appreciated.

    It’s worth mentioning that they both worked fine to start with.

    A fantastic plugin, but I will have to consider using a different one because of this issue. Even if it’s not fixed yet i’d apprecite a message to say that it’s being looked into. Please don’t kill off the best gallery plugin with a lack of support! I’ll happily make a decent donation if you can sort this!
