Plugin do not import WP users

Hi

Recentely I install simple membership to do a membership area in my website (community). I saw this plugin en intall them to import User from WP but after intallation I go to WP user import link in de simple membership.

i try import all user like free membership and gos wrong (do not import) and try to do Selectively Import and also do not import….

i do not give a worng message or some blank page or something like that.
only the plugin do not work (do the import)
