To get started, can you share with us the site’s WooCommerce System Status Report? This will help us try and test to replicate the issue you’re encountering.

Additionally, can you try the following troubleshooting steps?
– Can you see if this issue persists when switching to a different theme on your site, if possible?
– Can you try deactivating all other plugins except for WooCommerce and MailChimp For WooCommerce and see if the issue persists, if possible?

Thanks for sharing that. I was able to do some investigation and it turns out this is an issue that a handful of users have encountered. I’ve gone ahead and passed this information along to our developers who are working to test and resolve things in a future update to the plugin.

While sometimes other plugins can influence the behavior of the MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin, I can understand not wanting to test this on a live website. It’s possible to setup a testing environment with the help of a developer to test and check for any conflicts with the plugins, themes, and server setup.

I can’t speak to depth as to which URL you’ll want to access in regards to the firewall, but I have gone ahead and passed this information to hopefully get this issue resolved in the future.

Hello

I actually enable the mailchimp in the firewall and it made the plugin in successfully connect with the API from mailchimp. So currently the store is connected but HOWEVER, the products and orders are not beeing sync, why? (i have only 80 orders and 60 products).

Thanks for following up. Glad to hear you were able to allow the plugin access to finish the setup process. If you’re still seeing the plugin stuck during the sync, I might double check to see if there are any other plugins that could be holding up the syncing process.

If you’re still seeing the sync stuck, then I would recommend trying to switch to a different theme as well as deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and MailChimp For WooCommerce to see if that allows the sync to go through. If this isn’t feasible, then I would recommend setting up a testing environment to test things out to not interfere with the live site.

Hello

I tried to deactivate plugins and theme, but nothing change. If you tell me to contact support this is not possible because i have a free account. So how could we solve this issue?
I check other thread and the only answer was -> contact support. So no real explanation.

Thanks for troubleshooting that. Unfortunately due to the nature of our support in the forums, we can only go so far with delving into account specifics. The reason we defer to MailChimp’s Support Team is that they have the ability to look at your specific account and track the API calls sending from your site over to MailChimp via the integration.

I am also having this problem.

The API has been accepted on WordPress but no additional tabs were generated.

On the Mailchimp website it doesnt show any connected sites and just keeps prompting me to download Mailchimp.

This is incredibly frustrating.
