Problem with url encoding ?

Hello there,

I got a lang in different langs, it seems that the link generated by the plugin works for English but not for Persan, arabic language

I’ve tested for this post : https://raminparham.com/fa/2018/%D9%82%D9%81%D9%84-%D8%B1%D8%A7-%D8%A8%D8%A7-%D9%82%D9%81%D9%84-%D9%86%D9%85%DB%8C%E2%80%8C%D8%B4%D9%88%D8%AF-%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%B2-%DA%A9%D8%B1%D8%AF/

When I post on Telegram the link generated by Telegram it shows the “instant view button” :

But the link generated by the plugin doesn’t :
