Plugin does not affect the site at all

    Currently, the plugin is active and is not changing (adding/removing) anything on the site. I connected my PayPal account and finished up everything including activating it in the payment options in woocommerce. (FYI: The checkout PayPal option is the PayPal option that comes with woo-commerce). The goal is to have my stripe gateway and PayPal buy now pay later option and to have the messages that the buy now pay later option has. Any help as to why the plugin is not doing anything would be great.

    sorry to hear about this issue, but we’re here to help.
    Can you tell me if you see your PayPal account details populated?
    – Email address
    – Merchant Id
    – Client Id
    – Secret Key
    If these are not populated the connection to PayPal has not been properly established. It is a common issue that the first connection account does not succeed, in this case you need to retry the connection. It sometimes helps to not go to the next step too quickly and wait a few seconds before pressing “next”.

    If this is not the your situation, we will need to get more details from you. Since this might include sharing your logs with us, it might be prefered to open a ticket via our service desk.
