Plugin does not create notification

  • Hi Team,
    I have installed the free version, but when i try to create a new notification, there is no option of type of notification.

    Options:
    Title: Order Placed
    Description: {username}
    {order_id}
    {order_total}

    Notification icon: yith-Logo-1.png
    Notification length: 20

    Also after filling thr above required fields, it does not create any notification when order is placed. The theme I am using is Flatsome
