    Hi John. Try to uninstall then re-install the plugin. The plugin has valid header, I can confirm this.

    Cheers

    Thank you for the quick reply. I tried to re-install, but when I did, the site went blank, nothing would load.

    I am thinking that maybe there is a problem with the way the original one is integrated with the theme (in the theme, the plugin files are not located in the plugin directory, but rather in the them directory)? I looked at my php error log and this is what I found:

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘\wp-content\plugins\aqua-page-builder/blocks/aq-pages-block.php’ (include_path=’.\php\pear’) in \wp-content\themes\OneTouch\inc\homepage_builder\aq-page-builder.php on line 43

    Does this give any clues? Thank you for taking your time to help out!

    That looks like theme’s error. Try to contact theme author, see if he can resolve your issue.

    Cheers
