Plugin does not remember user progress

I purchased the plugin again after couple of years as it was advertised with great improvements. However, same probelsm as last time – the plugin does not remember user progress and upon return to the partially completed training forces the user to start from the beggining. Is this actually correct or is there a way to make it work as it should be? I have sent multiple emails to you and tried to contact you through the contact form on your web site over the last several weeks but had no reply at all. Maybe I will have better luck here. Thank you
