URGENT : PLEASE HELP : Plugin does not send coupons email to customer

    Hi,

    I have installed this plugin and setup my SMTP also but still customers are not receiving emails after getting coupon code after spin. please check and let me know why is this still not working. Its urgent. let me know ASAP.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please try installing a Mail log plugin to and check the status of the sending email.

    If the status is sent, but the email still does not reach the receiver after a few hours (sometimes the email could be delayed, it may take probably 1 day to reach even though it’s marked “sent”), please contact us via this email address: [email protected]
