• Hi,

    We are using the Bridge theme with the elastic grid portfolio. For some reason sometimes the portfolio disappears from the page it is supposed to be displaying on. Initially when going to https://visfusion.vftestsite.com/ and https://visfusion.vftestsite.com/portfolio/ they are loaded; but if I navigate to another page then navigate back, it is no longer there unless I refresh my browser.

    I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin, disabling my other plugins as well as testing another theme, all of which did not work.

    Please help me try to resolve this.

    It’s great that you have tried to deactivate other plugins and change themes.
    We will be glad to know if you have also tested the portfolio on one of the WordPress default themes?

    I just tested it both with the Twenty Sixteen, Fourteen and Fifteen default themes and it seemed to be working as it should.

    We really do not want to have to switch our theme to one of the defaults. Is there a way to fix this glitch without doing so?

    We are really sorry but in this case, we are not sure how to help because if the plugin works with WordPress default themes.
    Is that theme available anywhere we can download from and test at our end?

    Thank you very much for the link but we will not be able to test it at our end as the theme is paid. There is no free version of it.

    So just to be clear:

    As a paying customer, you are telling me there is absolutely nothing you can do, or will do to help me resolve this issue?

    I would have hoped purchasing the pro version would have given me proper IT support.
