Plugin does not use the defined tables prefix

Hi, this is a great plugin! Yet here’s a bug I’ve found just now – the table it creates for logging emails is not using the prefix that is usually defined as a global varialbe $table_prefix.

This could lead to some issues with multisite, multiple WordPress installations in a single database (not that this is a good practice), some migration/backup plugins, etc.

It would be great if you could fix this in a future release!
