plugin does not work

  • i just installed the plugin and running latest version of wp and woocommcerce etc

    i can add a model under the product picture, but when i look at the product i just get an empty product picture with the text: Loading file

    i wanted to attach a screen shot of it working in the admin side of things but could not figure out how to put a picture on

    There is an error in the browser console.
    It looks like Three.js was included twice..
    First try deactivating the JS optimizer plugin and also other plugins that may use Three.js

    i have these plugins installed

    3DPrint Lite
    Autoptimize ->>>>>>> deactivated
    Contact Form 7
    Flamingo
    Jetpack
    Mesmerize Companion
    Woo 3D Viewer
    WooCommerce
    WooCommerce Services

    i dont see any of them called JS optimizer so i assumed that it would be Autooptimize but that did not help

    how can i see if a plugin uses three.js ?

    i spoke to fast…. autooptimize was the culprit

    but the 3d model still loads slow, are there ways to make it load faster?

    There is no way to make it load faster unless you reduce the number of polygons.
